I was wondering how leasing a car could possibly be beneficial to a new driver. My father was told that it might be better to lease a car for a new driver rather than buy one. how does a lease work?

diversified. I understand that index funds that follow the S&P are mainly large cap companies. Should I have a separate fund for Large, medium, and small caps? Or maybe just one that follows the S&P. One of my friends told me that his company is currently in “Phase C” in the investment banking process. I’ve never heard of the term “Phase C”. I was just wondering was it something that he made up to make me feel ignorant or was it something that I’m actually not familiar with?

I found a house, got a loan approved, made an offer, got the inspection done and the loan company had the apprisal done. Now however my mortgage loan officer said my info was with the underwriters and would let me know of the final approval. Could my loan still be denied?
